Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, OR
- B.E. with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
Basic Job Requirements
- Knowledge in automotive validation standards.
- Experience in validation testing of automotive components/systems
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications (including GD&T)
- Experience in using testing tools, instruments, and basic troubleshooting
- Capable of preparing validation reports and documenting test results
- Good understanding of automotive systems and components
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
