Western Thomson Group Pte – Singapore, is a specialized auto components group that is a leading manufacturer of Temperature control and Precision engineered parts. Our Temperature Control parts, include Thermostats, Temp Sensors and other related products.
Our Precision engineered range of parts include applications for Turbo-chargers, Steering systems, HVAC applications and Fluid systems. The company has manufacturing facilities in India along with regional offices around the country. We have an Engineering Centre and sales office in the UK and a North American sales office/warehouse. Our customers include leading OEMs and Tier 1 companies in India and across the world.

Western Thomson (India) Limited Chennai, was established in 1967 and today the company is a leading manufacturer of Thermostats, Thermostat Housings and Pressure relief valves for Passenger car, Commercial vehicle and off Road engine applications.
Nippon Thermostat (India) Limited.
Nippon Thermostat (India) Limited, was established in 1994 in Chennai, India, as a Joint Venture Company between Western Thomson Group Pte, Nippon Thermostat Co Japan.Ltd and Maruti Suzuki India Limited, to manufacture Thermostats and Temperature Sensors.
Precialp Precision India Pvt Ltd
As a joint venture company between Western Thomson Group & Precialp, France to manufacture Thrust bearings, Journal bearings and other Precision parts for Turbo Chargers and other applications.
Precialp Precision India Pvt Limited – WTG Lazgill Division
The Vertical Milling parts division of the company was set up in 2017 by the acquisition of the Automotive parts unit of Lazgill Limited, established in 1940 in the UK. Today this unit has its manufacturing location in India and a UK based sales and technical support office. The division is a leading producer of Vertical milling components for automotive HVAC and Fluid management applications.
Riviera Auto Components Pvt Ltd
Riviera Auto Components was established in 1985 and is involved in the production of Pressed Parts and Thermostat Housings. The Company is also a distributor of Thermostats and other Automobile parts in the Domestic and International Aftermarket.
CT Research Institute
CT Research Institute was formed in June 2005 by the Chidambaram Family and by various Family Trusts associated with the Chidambaram Family. The Institute carries out research and training activities in the field of automotive engine cooling systems.
